Howard Grossman
Howard is a tested veteran personal injury law trial lawyer. He is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and voted as a Super Lawyer for the State of Florida. In addition to his personal injury and maritime injury experience, he is a Florida Bar Board-Certified Emeritus Specialist in Workers Compensation law.

Howard has been aggressively representing clients throughout in Jacksonville and throughout Florida in product liability, truck accident, auto accident, boating accident, premises liability, admiralty and maritime claims, Jones Act claims, Longshore & Harborworkers cases, boating and personal watercraft accidents,Defense Base Act claims, insurance bad faith and medical malpractice claims for over twenty-four years.  In 1990, Howard founded Grossman Attorneys at Law.  Since then, Howard has represented thousands of clients in State and Federal Courts as well as before the Department of Labor. Grossman Attorneys at Law  has allowed Howard to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.

Timothy Nies
Tim is recognized as an aggressive and effective litigator.  Before joining our firm, Timothy was a senior casualty attorney for Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin, the largest insurance defense firm in the United States, and for McIntosh, Sawran, Peltz & Cartaya, P.A., an established Florida maritime defense law firm. In this capacity, Timothy litigated multiple cases on behalf of Fortune 500 companies. Timothy's unique and valuable experience in defense litigation, and from years of working for insurance companies, puts him in an excellent position to now litigate cases against large national and international corporations, including cruise lines.

Timothy is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center and a former U.S. Army Airborne Ranger ( 3d Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment), where he learned to react quickly and under intense pressure; a trait that has assisted him in handling complex and stressful litigation and trials.

Timothy's practice includes the prosecution of product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, boating accident, trucking accident, motorcycle accident, auto accident, negligent security, cruise passenger injury, and all personal injury claims. In addition, Tim is experienced in litigating Jones Act claims, Longshore & Harborworkers Compensation Act claims, and Defense Base Act claims. Mr. Jones is active in a number of professional and civic organizations including the Jacksonville Bar Association, Maritime Law Association, American Association for Justice, Florida Justice Association and the Disabled American Veterans.  Tim is a membef of the Florida Bar and the Northern and Southern District Courts of Florida.
